The Belgian producer returns for another lush, beat-driven single for Cold Busted. Sim Nagai laces "Kaiseki" with dream-like melodies and crisp sonics, deploying Japanese-sounding instrumentation over a dubby rhythm to transport the listener to a hidden landscape. This gentle excursion showcases Sim's grasp of the sensuous, its layers of sound providing a leisurely escape by musical means.
